Description:
This is another picture I made awhile back, I drew the guy in it but I wasn't sure what to put in the picture until a long while later, so now I decided hey I'll put blue snow, just like the cool stuff in the anime Noein, that's what popped into my head first, although it doesn't look exactly like it, I like how it turned out :D anyway I hope you guys like it too!

Adding the blue snow or confetti like stuff was a great touch and to me the expression you drew makes it seem like he is looking up in wonderment. also great job on the shading ^-^
