i like the motion in the limbs something you did good in this one the seaweed is very cute ..i used to have the card of this ^^ as a kid G1 flex MAHAHA sucker i feel shading of other blues into this could have made it pop more ..

The thing to work on would be the cartoon vs realism. The eyes and seaweed in comparison with the background and body do not match. Great work on the digital shading! Body and water look awesome!
