I created her on a whim after sort of picturing someone similar in one of my daydreams or something. I thought someone with eyes on their back would be cool and stuff. And if she retracts her wings (which she can do), she may fool people into thinking she is blind. Also, those dark blue spots on her skin are just discolorations from being half alien.
