This is an amazing piece! though might I say that the eyes look a bit far apart and small. This is just what I see.

it's a great work, but try shading so that there is a shine on one side of the face only, this will make it look a little more realistic because there is only one light source (unless there are multiple light sources) But besides that, I love the way you drew the hair and the eyes :) and I also like the texture. 4 stars from me :)
