The hair transition looks pretty soft, though I may agree with the earlier comment about image composition and using definition to lead the eye properly. I'm not sure if the neck would look softer in a photo reference. The face and hand are awesome.
Amazing proportions and shading! The hair is a tad odd, the way it fades out with little detail. It creates a weight that leads the viewer's eye out of the image. I think that if you added a little more definition and dark to the hair that it would bring a lot to this piece. Still wonderful. :)
I love how you blend the shadow on her bed. And that eyelashes as well as the wrinkles on her neck added depth to this drawing. It is a wonderful piece.
