Best advice I can give you is don't shy away from shading. Shadows would help define this better and make it more realistic. And a lot of 'newer' artists (not saying you are since clearly I don't know you) tend to be afraid to get really deep shadows into their work, but trust me from someone who has gone through that 'afraid of the dark' art stage, it can only enhance your abilities! This is really well done, the nose is PERFECT, but I would love to see it with some darker shading!
