Firstly - the photo is too small, you cannot see any details Secondly, try not to draw ALL detail. Start with the sketch of all object you draw and than saturate it with lines on some part not on all paper. Thirdly, water is invisible and if not do not look like lines. You could either draw nothing or play with light to give the illusion of depth.
