I love it. Try to just crop him from the top point you have to the bottom colored neck, and a design to the background or have a solid color. It would help bring 50 cent a bit more.

Great play with contrast, thats something ppl have problem with often! Good proportions. 50cent is almost like this. Try to use dark color more subtle. Neck and black line around T-shirt make things worse.
