Alright, let me break this down with my limited skills. The anatomy is a tad wonky, what draws my attention is the arms. The forearm should be shorter and bicep area longer. When you put your and to your head the elbow reaches your ear. Their right arm feels as if it is placed "unnaturally". I would have placed it down or on their hip? Their hat looks as if it is about to fall off. Try and stay away from the "cartoonish" facial expressions until you've mastered the basics and try to express your drawings with fewer words and more actions. I like the pose itself and the details. Their expression (besides above) is perfectly matched to their situation. Keep on drawing
