Human Form
Description:
Lupin's human form. Lupin's fire may be pretty, but it can still burn. And as a mutant, she may also, more often than naught, manipulate it into aesthetically pleasing shapes, and she's had many years to practice this ability. However, there are few who are privileged enough to catch this little trick of hers, considering how much she tries to bury the fact that she has this mutant ability from others. Or, alternatively, if she is utilizing fire poi, you're most likely to catch that than her playing with her fire outside a dance. She is also a lot less flexible because of her current state, due mainly to her scars. For example, the ones on both shoulders prevent her from lifting her arms above shoulder height on most days, so dressing is sometimes a difficulty. Her back, when she first met Silas, had been ripped into by his claws, and the damage had reached her spine. For the month she had laid up in the hospital, she couldn’t feel anything below the waist for nearly the entire time, although the wounds themselves caused incredible agony, enough to warrant a chemical-induced coma for several weeks. The wounds healed by next full moon, but the scars remained and flexibility is stiff there. Her wrists where she had been cuffed by silver for nearly two weeks by Silas, for another example, are also weakened severely below average compared to most werewolves. However, despite these handicaps, Lupin is still a very capable fighter, especially when compared to humans. She may often employ a brawler's style of fighting--some would even argue over the term 'scapper', considering her diminutive and unassuming size-- she can also use subtle maneuvers to overpower larger enemies without much difficult. Though, she finds more satisfaction in breaking a man's jaw than twisting his arm behind his back. She'll also trump out her fists over her fire, due to her inherent fear and horror of burning someone...unless you're Silas, then you'd best keep one eye open when you sleep. Ha.
