Thanks for the advice :) The lines look the way they do pretty much because I was only sketching this for fun, I wasn't expecting it to turn out somewhat decent lol

I like the way the shading has been done, I always have trouble getting the light/dark areas to look right when including light and shadows. One suggestion I have though, is to not make your lines so "sketchy" looking. try drawing them on lighter so you can go over them in one nice smooth line, it'll add to the effect of your drawing. :)
