As a metaphor, it may say a lot about how tired society is fighting social ills, or for fighting for traditional rights, or even might be a statement on how we have to work so many hours that we come home looking like this. The green eyebrows, to me, suggest female, but the shape of the eyes look so definitively male that I can't persuasively imagine a female scenario here. The artwork is sub-great, but then you mentioned some constraints equipment-wise, so I won't comment further in that direction.

I think this design is beautiful. It is true that it is curious mix somehow green with pink. But here gives a good appearance.
