This is very good. I think all the proportions are right (her nose in particular is very well drawn). My only criticism would be that her eyes are not quite right; I think her left is smaller than her right & the pupil's are in different places. Please don't lose heart though, it is easily fixed & you are clearly very talented. I can't draw people to save my life.

Beautiful techniqie, in my opion the hair should have a bit more flow and I suggest looking at lighting diffrences but overall good piece!
