Colour and depth are good. I think that the clouded effect could fade out more gradually at the edges. I'm not familiar with the character, but are the arms supposed to be the same colour? Additional layers should be enough to match colour if necessary. Wonderful detail. : )

Really good drawing. If I must pick fault I'd say the smoke or mist effects round his arms could be thinner and fade more, at the moment it looks like cotton wool. Other than that excellent.
