Doesn't matter if you did this so long ago, it still looks nice. But you need to work on the dots, I think they should be constant throughout the artwork to keep it balanced. But great job :)

When I've first saw this, I've thought it was Tribal Art. Fur is difficult to do, but I like the approach you attempted. I would say that there should be more dots, even if the cat's fur is white, the only thing that stands out is the black thick pattern on the fur & eyes. Add more dotes like you did on the face all around the body, it almost looks like the cat has a flat body. Don't be afraid to add more dots.
