Wavy shading on the clothes and hair is nice. She's in motion evidently, but she seems a little stiff. Also, the line of her right thigh, if continued up under her skirt, ends in a place where only an alien hip could exist. Perhaps you could sketch in your figures in their underwear first to get the anatomy correct, and then fill in the outerclothes. You're coming along nicely on the hands. My favorite part is the crumpled tank top.
