Description:
This is Cove! A grey fox with a talent for manipulating water and Pine's best friend. Whist she and he have been great friends for a year and a half now, Cove is really starting to fall for Pine (she just doesn't know it.) Together they defeated their life long enemy, the Leviathan Clan, at just ages 14 (Pine) and 15 (Cove). Sadly loosing Clyde, Cove's twin brother, in the battle, Pine was there for Cove in his greife, as she grieved over the loss of such a great friend. Now as they venture into the capital city, Lightrin, Cove finds himself gazing at Pine with something more then friendship on the mind. I used a #2 graphite pencil and dabs of water (same as in Pine's drawing) for this drawing; but drawing males are a little more challenging then females.

I absolutely love the body and his clothes. The shading is very well done. One thing I would say to improve on is the shape of the face. On this character it seems a little rugged. I would suggest spending some time just drawing heads at different angles.
