Hi. I don't critique very much so this will be good practice...these are my thoughts and they are not to put down or take away in any way the way you have drawn or presented your portrait..please understand I tend to get a bit to busy in my detail when drawing a picture, so the first thing I can say is to me you have achieved good facial balance and shape nicely.The head tilt adds to the overall look. I think that you could use a bit more shading to high light the face more esp around the eyes ,nose and more highlights in the hair, darker tresses would throw her out more..Like the added hair strand. The dress at first glance to me seems not to be finished and perhaps needs a little design with high light and shading on the skin...But all in all I think the overall balance and presentation are great ...definitely reminds me of an old girlfriend ...An artiste friend once told me go darker...I hope this helps you for the future as as well....You can if interested check out my meag

it is pretty nice, she has an excelent countenance , i love all her features , but still need more shadows , just saying
