Nice texture for the hair, quite fiberous, v silky highlights. The locks, particularly above the ear and in the bangs, would benefit from more definition... possibly a little shading, similar to the dark streak, to imply some layering. I'm not sure if it's just her hair, but the neck seems extremely thin. The throat is fairly far back, and it's hard to say whether the shape of the hair coming down from behind her ear is her hair blocking our view of the back of the neck, or if the neck is actually curving sharply inward. There's a blue streak on the inside of her ear, with a little patch of blue above and below it, on the rim of the ear, that makes it look like a few strands of hair come through the back of ear.
