It's an alright painting if you look at it as stylized and graphic. The painting would really improve if you paid attention to proportion is little more closely. The woman's jaw is a little too pronounced and the shoulders are a little too square. The colors are done well, though I would maybe define the light direction a little better. the darks and shadows would be pushed a little more intensely.
