Description:

This is Vision from the new "Avengers - Age of Ultron" movie (also called AAOU). He's played by Paul Bettany, and the yellow stone on his forehead is hte stone from the inside of Loki's scepter. It's one of the Infinity Stones. It's drawn on wood, just normal ply wood from the building centre.
