Do you know him? If not his name's Davy Jones, he's cursed for what he did. Calypso gave him a duty, but he didn't comply with it. First he looked like a normal man with beard, but now he looks (thanks to what he didn't do :P ) like that. He's a character from the movie Pirates of the carribean.
