I LOVE shura design-wise, she has one of the more unique character designs in anime and your representation of her is very nice! The only thing I would say is work a little on its line art at least for the objects closer to us like her sword. (if that makes sense) since that would be something noticed fairly quickly.

I really like how you outlined things boldly; especially the eye. A recommendation: Colored pencils and pen generally aren't the best mix of media; I know from experience haha. But I'd use either graphite wit colored pencils, or marker with pens :) Looks good tho!
