No, I'm serious, here was the thing before I started coloring it to hell: http://dascheesenborgir.deviantart.com/art/WIP-517110453 Even without the color I swear there's something up with the focus or positioning... doesn't seem to change even when I point it directly at the damn spot either. *SIGH* Well, at least the colors came out all right. About the only damn thing holding this together as it stands right now if you ask me. I guess I'm really glad at the last moment I decided that the stereotypical overcast skies for the trenches would be bullshit, and that I chose not to clog the ground up with corpses and the usual horrible fare you'd see if you decided to google 'trenches'. I was going for a more... lonely feel, I guess. A shitton of corpses might have made it gruesome, but when I was making this I wanted the scene to feel almost... abandoned. Make it look a bit like just a buncha (well, only three if you can see really far into the background) dudes left behind or... something. Yeah. IT'S DONE And at least on paper, so much better than I thought it would be. Maybe I should go round and see if I can find a scanner or something...
