Very interesting and weird character. I love how the shading and the details define the subject so well.

Ok , the shape in general is very good , all the details , specially the hands look´s very good ( chains too ) , I think you can improve more the details over the face ; including eyes , nose , mouth and hair . The proportions about the distance on it ; doesn´t look well done . ( humble opinion )
