I give you props just for doing all the people in the stands - I always hate doing those intricate parts. xD Great job with detail though. Development on shading will definitely improve on realism & all but this piece is a good direction to be heading regardless. Working on things with a wide perspective like this will definitely help with creating an atmosphere quickly and efficiently.
