um try smudging and smoothing out the pencil marks .it softens it and makes it seem more realistic

In my opinion, the face is a bit too dark. Don't overdo the shading ;) But in general it looks good :)

In general, the shading is too dark in the middle of the face and the mouth seems a little to much to the left. That being said, it'S still a good drawing !
