Sitting in The Raind

So I decided to draw a picture of my little Hera sitting in the rain. :3 I was going to try and do one of those cool backgrounds where if you turn it upside down it still looks like a background, just a different one. I think I'll save that for after I have some more practice. I worked HARD on this. I don't like how the rain came out, but I love everything else. :D Do you guys have any suggestions on how I can improve upon this?
