    It's a great start, but it feels incomplete. If you added more details to the black and white portion it would add more depth. Setting that aside the details on the head are good :) the facial features are detailed just right. the color in the back is great. The red coloring provides a nice contrast to the white background.

    I absolutely love the colour of the feathers. To enhance it, i would make the feather ends sharper (aka thinner) and add hints of white to make the feathers shine. Also, possibly colour his eyes or lips red to make them more devilish :) Unless you are not looking for that effect!
