If the final image is in a JPEG format then it's not the fault of the upload ... it's the fault of the finished drawing ... try no to upload other formats then JPEG ... I don't think even GIF formats are accepted here.

He's so adorable ... I love the color pallet and especially the water and it's effects ... could you try a bit more depth between the corals and the plants for a more 3D look ?
