The cutout is cute and has an appealing design. The hair and face look nice and the lineart is very smooth. Some of the problems come in, though, with the anatomy. One arm is notably longer than the other. Keep in mind when it comes to proportions, the elbow should be at the same level as the end of the ribcage, and the hand should reach the mid-thigh. The feet are also going in an awkward direction compared to the rest of the body. Other than those anatomy hiccups, it looks nice.
