i really dont know what is it, it looks like a turtle but its really hard to understand since its an attempt to do it reallistically but you didnt watched carefull the reference, its very hard for me to see what was intentional and what wasnt, try practicing your structure and observational drawing, and try not to dive head first inside coloring, try to develop a strong sense of volume with a greyscale and THEN work on your coloring techniques....
