I would say the face is fab :) I myself do not mind the hair...I am not sure if you smudged it or not but the light and dark shades blend well .:) One thing and I am just kinda a stickelr.....the shoulder\shirt couldve used some definiton. Other than that this is a technically fine piece :)

The hair and clothing portions seem to need more work, but the face is wonderfully done. I love the shading of it and you accomplished creating a wonderful expression using the eyes and lips.
