I do like the eyes very much on this and nice to see the nose is simple. I am just being a fuss here but the mouth I would drawn it closed and a little more defined. The hair style is fun. All in all its a fun pic to look at and its great for a change how its bright without the use of drawing heavy lines. :)

Getting there. Suggestion rather than mirroring image like you have is trace facial outline from original photo and then use reference photo to shade it all.
