That's some elaborate jewelry and outfit parts. Also her name and styling reminded me of an anime character named Leviathan who's a younger looking girl. I don't remember if the anime name was Leviathhen or something else, and she didn't have wings or pet snake.

Thank you :) And I've done some research too, it seems the anime you're talking about is called "Zettai Bouei Leviathan"/"Leviathan: The last defence" and yeah, my OC does look like the girl from it! I haven't seen this anime though, it seems quite new too (it's from 2013), and my work was created quite a few years before it haha :D I was a precursor of something I guess ;D
