You have a great idea of perception, the sweater is awsome, but the head needs some fixes, however it is good, what really surprised me was the arm, you need to analyze it's anatomy, remember she has a shoulder that might give the arm movement. I recommend you to move it 10° closer to her hair. Just be careful with this because it really gives a bad image, although the rest is fine. And you must add shadings, it looks good, but is just a suggestion :)

Nice
