This is a decent attempt but plenty of room for improvement if you don't mind me saying. Eyes seem too far apart, the nose mouth and hair all need working on. Try shading the whole face with a light H pencil then add darker tone where needed and pick out highlights with a rubber, you'll really see your work start to improve. Keep up the practice, good attempt.

This is very good! I really like the eyes and the nose! I would recommend "filling it out" a little more though, and use more values to bring out the contrast on what is in shadow and what is not. Keep up the great work!
