Description:
Photographed here are six Great Egrets and an oddly dark bird. It's a Great Blue Heron that was hunting in the North Pond of the Pea Island Wildlife Refuge in Rodanthe, NC. They're members of the Ardea family, so seeing them fly together makes sense. Enjoy!
