BATTER UP
Description:
This is based on HENRY LEE LUCAS and OTTIS TOOLE. This dangerous duo, did a lot of nasty work in their day and were notorious for spinning lies and outrageous claims. A small child was abducted in the early 80's and only the head of the victim was ever found. It was found in a river in Florida. Ottis Toole laid claim to this victim but neither Henry or Ottis were ever convicted of the crime. Just another potential scenario which may or may not have been true.
