You have made this look very finished by not using too much detail. Your hands could better so i suggest trig to make them more three dimensional. I would also re-evaluate proportion because this is only 4 heads tall. Overall this isn't bad.(also practice foreshortening )

I'm not such a big fan of Naruto (newer seasons are crap and crappy dubbed), but Deidara is cool and I love the way you've drawn his coat.
