Nice drawing! I like the realism in their faces - everything looks in proportion and the shading is good. too. What bugs me is just that the writing is done with such a dark marker/fine liner - it makes the portraits looks too pale and plain. Maybe try adding some dephth to the shadows with a softer pencils, 2B or 4B.
